I pay for a service that manages the showing appointments. This provides showing agents an easy way to schedule showings, via phone or on-line. The service also provides automatic feedback requests.

I deliver details about your property to over 3,500 local agents within 24 hours of entering the listing. These agents are assisting and guiding buyers who are searching for just the right property. I provide details on your home directly to each of those agents. In addition, I network with numerous top agents on a regular basis, and I will promote your home at every opportunity.

I pay for the "For Sale" sign post which is extremely visible and prominent from a great distance. These sign post includes the office phone number and my personal cell phone to ensure timely response.

I pay for a sign rider which is attached to the sign post in front of your home wherever it is allowed. A drive-by buyer can look up a designated URL with your professional photos.

"A picture is worth a thousand words”. I do not take pictures but HIRE a professional photographer to take quality photos of the interior, exterior, and local amenities of your home to sell your home for top dollar

I compile a book to be left in your house which will answer most buyer questions about your home, the community facilities, schools, and the surrounding area. The objective is to provide the buyers with all the information they need to make the decision to purchase your home.

I target agents that have listings or have sold similar homes in the same price range within the last year and provide them with information about the home. This enables me to be specific about the special features of the house.

Every week, we email information on listings to a selected list of people who are in the market place or are in close proximity of the property.
